Kate Labunets is a Postdoc for VSNU Digital Society track on Safety and Security. She is working in the Organisation and Governance section of the Faculty of Technology, Policy & Management (TPM), Delft University of Technology.
Till June 2019 she worked as a Postdoc in the Safety & Security section at the TPM faculty of Delft University of Technology. She was involved in H2020 CYBECO project aiming to integrate multidisciplinary research methods from Behavioural Economics, Statistics, Game and Decision Theory, Security Engineering and Behavioral Psychology in order to develop new concepts and models that are combined within a prototype software architecture (CYBECO Toolbox 2.0). Kate got her PhD degree in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Trento in April 2016 under the supervision of Prof. Fabio Massacci. The title of her PhD thesis is “Security Risk Assessment Methods: An Evaluation Framework and Theoretical Model of the Criteria Behind Methods' Success”.
